The Partner Strategy and Programs team is responsible for building and scaling the Microsoft Partner ecosystem through the development and delivery of strategic programs that grow partners profitably and deepen partner community connections. We are hiring for a talented senior manager to shape the strategy and manage the execution of programs that drive partner profitability. Partner profitability programs accelerate partner cloud practice development by helping the partners build business plans, develop cloud offers, create go-to-market channels, form new business opportunities, increase partner satisfaction, and strengthen partner loyalty. This is a highly strategic role for the US One Commercial Partner Go-to-Market organization. We are looking for someone with strong executive presence that can cross collaborate across a broad stakeholder community and has the impact and influence to deliver results. You are passionate about developing our go-to-market strategy using a variety of qualitative and quantitative analytical approaches. Your execution capability also makes you a natural owner of the design and incubation of new and innovative economic models that are the first in kind in the industry. Ideally you should have some exposure to partner marketing, business program management, or evangelism experience and thrive in a metrics driven environment. As a senior partner channel marketing manager, you will have responsibilities that include: Creating program strategy, defining priorities, and creating/monitoring success KPIs for FY 2018 Improving the end-to-end partner experience and journey in the program Analyzing data to implement actionable insights to increase partner cloud consumption across the Microsoft cloud stack, to increase CPE, and to streamline operations Partnering with all businesses and programs that leverage platform to better understand requirements, use cases, and evolve program Presenting status and health of program at MBRs, QBRs, and other forums as needed Creating partner marketing collateral, email communications, newsletters, and drive nurture campaigns Managing and delivering program onboarding sessions for partners Providing program support to partners, field, and sponsors while maintaining/exceeding metrics We believe a great candidate would be someone who possess the leadership and personal attributes below: Effective, strategic thinker who can roll up their sleeves and do the work Highly organized, with great attention to ensure required details are not overlooked
