Sr. Revenue Assurance Analyst
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Revenue Recognition Transformation Program (R2TP) as we implement the new FASB Revenue Standard Guidance under ASC-606 and move towards automation through the use and implementation of RevPro.
The specific Revenue Analyst role is located within the Business Accounting and Operations (BAO) work stream and will help to complete assigned activities with EY and EMC counterparts. The BAO work stream will work cross-functionally with the operational business functions, Data, IT, and Policy teams to determine process impacts and assist in developing the future state.
In addition, the Sr. Revenue Analyst will:
+ Coordinate status reporting, meetings, meeting minutes, communications and open items
+ Understand and assess current transaction processing
+ Refine identified business requirements
+ Perform gap analysis & remediation
+ Provide ad hoc support for functional design sessions and design validations
+ Create testing scenarios
+ Identify and document control points
+ Determine where efficiency and automation gains can be made
+ Design & consult with business on process changes
+ Assist in business-readiness preparation
+ Act as liaison with project business stakeholders
+ OTC & RTR process experience
+ Superior communication skills and the ability to interlock with all levels of organization
+ Can-do attitude and ability to positively implement change
+ Ability to effectively collaborate in a fast paced, dynamic environment
+ Ability to think big picture & analyze at an organization-wide level
+ High level of proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
+ Accounting, revenue, assurance, operations, audit or project implementation experience (EMC or Propel Preferred)
+ 5+ years of experience
+ Project Management or Program Management skills
+ Experience in revenue and renewals
+ Experience with RevPro a plus but not required
+ SAP knowledge or experience
