In this role you will :
+ Operate within a geographic area and be responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, materials, solutions and you will manage complex projects
+ Develop and lead the development of business plans for the company's products. This includes a deep understanding of complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and specific industry expertise
+ Manage technical and business consulting resources to our customers' advantagePrimary responsibilities include:
+ Achieve the company's target sales goals for your territory
+ Develop sales strategies that cross multiple market segments (space, aerospace, automotive, tooling, medical, etc.)
+ Provide leadership and guidance to the field service teams, when appropriate
+ Deliver timely information on competitive positioning and strategies
+ Develop and manage a large pipeline and backlog within your territory
+ Coordinate across sales territories, when appropriate, and engage with your fellow sales colleagues
+ Maintain regular executive updates on sales activitiesPLEASE NOTE : Work location listed is West Chester, OH. However, this position is available and eligible for the following flexible work arrangements (FWA) -- Remote Work
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Origination
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
+ Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
+ Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
+ Established project management skills
