POSITION: Sr. Sales Targeting & Alignment Analyst
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Manage and execute the Sales Leads generation process on a monthly basis in support of Shire franchises; support the quarterly call planning process and operationalize related system and/or documentation requirements; manage projects and resources using Agile Methodology and other Project Management tools; perform quality management and data governance tasks in support of compliance requirements, and to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of Commercial Operations data; identify and analyze complex data sets in databases and data warehouses using data sources such as Veeva, IMS, and Salesforce; collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT and franchise business partners to identify improvements and optimization opportunities for the sales call planning, leader generation, alignment, and roster management processes; utilize advanced SQL, Business Objects, Datameer- Hadoop technology, SAS tools, and Macro/ VBA; manage projects using tools such as Microsoft Project and Visioflow; utilize Pharmaceutical IT experience.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Biotechnology, Economics, or Marketing or related field or foreign academic equivalent plus 3 years of related experience. Will accept any level of experience in the following skills: utilize advanced SQL, Business Objects, Datameer- Hadoop technology, SAS tools, and Macro/ VBA; manage projects using tools such as Microsoft Project and Visioflow; utilize Pharmaceutical IT experience.
Full-time. $92,000 - $98,000/year. Competitive compensation and benefits.
