Responsibilities:

This position leads the Shared Services team accountable for continuous improvement, process automation, and enterprise PMO within the controller organization. The role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, creating more effective and efficient processes, and influencing organizational change to adopt more cost effective and efficient ways of working. This position has responsibility for operations, projects, strategy, and leadership.

There are 4 core areas of responsibility and accountability:

(1) Project Management - Leading strategic initiatives within Finance and Accounting to ensure projects are delivered timely and accurately. Deploy practices based on PMI methodology to ensure project value is maximized and risks are minimized. Coach, develop, and mentor associates through the use of standards and best practices.

(2) Continuous Improvement & Automation - Lead automation efforts across the organization to drive cost reduction and quality improvements through Robotic process Automation, workflow and other technologies. Use improvement methodologies (Lean, etc) to continuously improve processes. Grow RPA program deeper in Finance and across organization (IT, HR, BSD, etc)

(3) Shared Services Operations - Manage governance processes with BPO partner to ensure services are delivered timely and accurately. Improve stakeholder satisfaction through efficient issue resolution, program governance, and overall delivery of services. Evaluate and identifyoutsourcing opportunities, and influence organizational change to create a more cost efficient operating model

(4) Leadership, Coaching, and Alignment - lead highly effective team to ensure projects are being delivered to requirements, automations are identified, quantified, and implemented, processes are being evaluated for ongoing improvement, and organization is adopting new automation technologies to drive significant cost reductions. Develop foundation for Automation COE



Qualifications:
  • MBA (Business Administration)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • 10 years experience in Project Management, technology implementations, automation, CI, and shared services/outsourcing
  • High proficiency in projecgt management
  • Strong knowledge of the Robotic Process Automation development life cycle
  • Excellent facilitation skills working with both internal and external parties
  • Strong process analysis experience
  • Leading successful outsourcing program
  • Developing and executing RFP including selection process

  • Must have excellent analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Experience and training with Blue Prism RPA Software
  • Advanced analytic and problem solving skills
