Sr Staff Infrastructure Architect

You will be working on multiple projects as a highly technical expert or internal consultant. You will work on projects for components of the domain. You will work on multiple technical or functional domains.
In this role you will:
+ Lead in the domain technical and business discussionsrelative to future architect direction.
+ Lead in the analysis, design and development of a roadmapand implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesivearchitecture viewpoint.
+ Gather and analyze data and develop architecturalrequirements at project level.
+ Participate and lead in the infrastructure architecturegovernance model.
+ Support design and deployment of infrastructure solutionsmeeting standardization, consolidation, TCO, security, regulatory complianceand application system qualities, for different businesses.
+ Research and evaluate emerging technology, industry and markettrends to assist in project development and/or operational support activitiesto provide options to leadership
+ Coach and mentor team members
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors(Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
+ A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in OR aMaster's degree in a relevant technical area

+ Extensive experience with VMWare, virtualization, andautomation
+ Great oral and written communication skills.
+ Demonstrated experience scripting or developing software andservices for the cloud with one or more of the following automation scriptingcoding languages(
+ Shell, Powershell, Ansible, Python, Chef, Puppett, Bash,Ruby, Python, Go, Java, Node.js, .NET, etc. )
+ Experience managing version control systems such as Git
+ Experience deploying and managing infrastructure on publicclouds such as AWS or Azure
+ Experience using an automated configuration managementsystem (Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Salt, etc.)
+ Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
+ Knowledge of Network Management (SNMP, MIB)
+ Experience with configuring, customizing, and extendingmonitoring tools (Datadog, Sensu, Grafana, Splunk, etc.)
+ Knowledge and experience using Analytics Software Packageslike Matlab, SAS, JMPro etc. Programming experience with open source scriptingand data
+ analysis packages like Python, R is a plus
+ Hands on experience supporting and maintaining Citrix XenAppenvironments - v6.0, 6.5, 7.x including monitoring tools - EdgeSight andDirector
+ Extensive experience writing PowerShell and other scriptinglanguages for automation tasks
+ Highly experienced in troubleshooting issues related to allCitrix XenApp infrastructure components
+ Experience of working with a large XenApp environmentincluding Platform Upgrade/Migration Experience
+ Skilled level expertise in design of storage to meetbusiness application system qualities
+ Understands technical and business discussions relative tofuture architecture direction aligning with business goals.
+ Understands concepts of setting and driving architecturedirection.
+ Familiar with elements of gathering architecturerequirements.
+ Understands architecture standards concepts to apply toproject work.
+ Understand key cross-functional concepts that impact theorganization; is aware of business priorities and organizational dynamics.
+ Familiar with concepts of costing hardware and softwarecomponents. Works to assure work is on-time and within budget.
+ Delivers tasks on-time with alignment to architecturalgoals. Can identify and raise issues, risks and benefits.
