The Sr Staff Technical Product Manager is a product portfolio and product team leader with responsibility for product strategy and team development. In this role, you will define the vision and direction of GE Software products by bringing together GE business leaders, system architects, engineers, and product marketers to drive market success of GE Software and build a highly effective organization to drive strategic and tactical success of your products.

As the leader for GE Digtial's Managed Services for ALL of GE Digital's product lines, you will serve the industrial world's most demanding customers, deliver a steady stream of market defining content and capabilities, helping to set the market standard globally for Managed Service solutions.
+ Have strong financial responsibility and accountability
+ Be a strategist/expert across product management functions and knowledgeable in technical domain related to the portfolio
+ You will hire & manage team of product managers who are business and technical experts
+ Lead the product vision and strategy development process, including Product Roadmap development and annual review process
+ Develop business case for proposed products and initiatives, including cost/benefit estimates, market trends, competitive analysis, risk analysis, industry best practices and product development timelines
+ Plan, prioritize and manage the product features and requirements from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize revenue and meet operational, financial and corporate objectives
+ Lead cross functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, internal and external customers, analysts and senior management teams to formulate and execute the strategy
+ Develop strong working relationship with account managers, technical sales and user/developer community
+ Collaborate with GE's Head of Product and Engineering teams to ensure consistent execution of product plans that result in product delivery on time, on budget
+ Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure go-to-market strategies, plans and activities are aligned with the company's business drivers
+ Establishing and managing relationship across GE businesses & sub-businesses, partners and customers at CxO, senior management and technical experts levels across industries and geographies
+ Recruiting top talents to build a highly effective product management team
+ Coaching and mentoring Product Managers to become strong business leaders
+ Bachelor's Degree in technical majors or 4 years of technical experience in software systems
+ A Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a team of product managers
+ A Minimum of 4 years of technical experience
+ A Minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management
+ A Minimum of 10 years of experience in software industry
