Role Summary:

This position has responsibility for day-to-day execution of complex strategic and operational business initiatives. As a key member of the Predix business operations team, your role ensures the team has the resources and processes to deliver on commitments while leading ongoing execution and delivery of strategic projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and providing timely metrics to drive operational excellence efforts across the platform.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

+ Contribute to the operational vision, identify and championinternal / external best practices and ideas to improve execution andoperational excellence.

+ Have a deep understanding of the financial data associatedwith the business (Revenue, Orders, CM%, etc.) and the ongoing measurement againstOperating Plan.

+ Demonstrate mastery of the intricacies of interactions anddynamics in global teams. Assure consistent, effective rhythms for collectingdata and publishing metrics.

+ Be an expert in proactively using data, practical knowledgeand innovative insights to drive timely decisions, determine appropriatecourses of action, and forecast future needs while managing risk anduncertainty.

+ Participate in, and oversee day-to-day operational temposand rigor and have responsibility to coordinate activities for strategicbusiness rhythms including Session II & Op Planning.

+ Work with Executive Leadership to establish vision and drivethe operational strategy, quality strategy and organizational and resourcestrategy.

+ Navigate through ambiguity, prioritize conflicting asks andshow ability to adapt to changing situations.

+ Demonstrate strategic level skills in collaborating withdifferent stakeholders, influencing decisions and an ability to take strategicview.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors(Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or Finance/Economics

+ A minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR 7 yearsincluding graduating 1 GE Leadership Program OR graduating at least 2 GELeadership Programs in lieu of experience.

Eligibility Requirements:

+ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. GE mayagree to sponsor an individual for an employment visa now or in the future ifthere is a shortage of individuals with particular skills.

+ Must be willing to travel (10%)

+ Must be willing to work out of an office located in SanRamon, CA
