Current Need
This is a Sr level position for someone with 4 – 8 years Cisco voice experience. Responsible for the design, implementation and management of complex Cisco UC architectures as well as providing production support for all IT Telecommunications processes. Coordinates service requests and project work with business unit partners and internal IT resources



Position Description
Provides the planning, design, acquisition and implementation of the company's voice communications system. Evaluates company requirements to determine whether an internal or operating company system is more appropriate. Responsible for project planning, cost analysis and vendor comparisons. Performs traffic study analysis to determine best configuration of systems.

Qualifications



Minimum Requirements
  • 4+ years experience in telecommunications

Critical Skills
  • Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise 9.0 (UCCE); Cisco Finesse; Cisco Mobile Agent
  • CVP Implementation or deployment experience is preferred
  • ICM scripting or similar scripting experience a must
  • UCM 9.0 Multi-cluster environment; administration in centralized call processing model
  • VXML Gateways; CUSP; CUBE
  • Unity Connection 9.0 cluster with high availability
  • Cisco Dialer – Outbound campaign
  • Develop and support custom report models and dashboards
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data synchronization between the Cisco AW/HDS and the Exony VIM Data Importer and Mediator
  • Cisco Integration Manager (CIM)
  • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of circuit ordering procedures with LEC and SDN ordering procedures with all major carriers
  • Experience in functioning as a team lead within a telecom/network environment



Additional Knowledge & Skills

In-depth knowledge of the planning, design, acquisition and implementation of the company?s voice communications system

  • CCIE Voice certification a plus.


Education
  • 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
