Position responsibilities:
  • Onboarding new client contracts
  • Development of client contract database
  • New customer creation/set-up in ERP
  • Assist with client invoicing for Non-Broker clients
  • Balance non-broker revenue monthly
  • Support monthly dunning, communication with client management and credit committee communication
  • Execute the intercompany confirmation and reconciliation processes
  • Participate in task force managing the migration to a new ERP system
  • AD hoc project work (which may include projects with multiple departments)

Essential skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (accounting or finance preferred)
  • Advanced level of skill using Excel
  • High commitment to company vision and values
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well organized
  • Able to consistently meet deadlines
  • Works well on teams, within and outside of function
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Non-essential skills and qualifications:
  • Experience with entity migrations or systems migrations
  • Experience utilizing accounting software
  • 1 to 3 years relevant accounting and or financial analysis experience
