Role Summary:

The Staff Enterprise Application Engineer will be responsible for installation, architecture, design, implementation and maintenance of various components of multi-tier applications in an enterprise environment. They provide support for escalated application issues, including diagnosis and resolution of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity ensuring the root cause of the problem is addressed.

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for designing a large service or integration of services.

+ Works independently and contributes tothe immediate team and to other teams across business.

+ Leads design discussion in a limited manner.

+ Expert in breaking down problems and estimate time for deployment tasks.

+ Skilled in providing oversight andmentoring team members.

+ Shows ability to effectively delegate work.

+ Demonstrates the ability to makeinformed technology choices after due diligence and impact assessment.

+ Understands whole enterprisesolution or service, its components and the interrelationship between them while being an expert in theassigned capability.

+ Helps in designing interfaces and information exchange between service components.

+ Possesses advanced domain knowledge and shows great customer focus.

+ Demonstrates clarity of thinkingto work through limited information and vague problem definitions.

+ Expert in processes/methodologies andskilled in build, release & deployment processes.

+ Defines his or her own role in the delivery of theproduct/service design.

+ Articulates the need for scalability and understands the importance of improvingquality through testing.

+ Drives design reviews, defines interfaces between components, and applies existingtechnology to designs.

+ Expert in designing programmatic capabilities for all aspects of service operability.

+ Expert in assessing application or service performance and optimizing/improving it through design and bestpractices.

+ Expert in core data structures and interfaces for information exchange across platforms.

+ Understands capability of enterprise solutions in order to make sound decisions around configuringsoftware vs engineering software.

+ Understanding of business process to determine how to optimize bothprocess and utilization of enterprise applications.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

+ A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software domainEligibility Requiremnets

+ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.

Desired Characteristics:

+ Experience with identity, priveleged account frameworks, and related technologies including but not limited to; CyberArk, Radius, and Multi-Factor Authentication protocols and capabilities

+ Experience with opensource authentication protocols and related technology including OpenID Connect, oAuth2.0, and SAML

+ Experience with relational and NoSQL database development and related technologies

+ Experience with directory based technologies and LDAP

+ Experience with common development practices including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, agile development, distributed version control, etc.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills\#DTR
