Role Summary:

The Staff Lifecycle Operations Engineer will actively support Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) strategy and will be responsible for the standardization and management of global computer asset management processes and support for our regional teams and customers.

He/She will contribute to a team which works independently with direction from the Senior Team Members or management.

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Engage with engineering and regional teams to develop computer hardware transition plans, maintain global computer catalog, and ensure global product readiness

+ Maintain and improve current global computer asset management processes

+ Interface with regional support teams to capture requirements and issues

+ Implement, test, and validate and changes to computer CMDB, Processes, or ordering portal

+ Interface with global hardware OEM vendors to capture product related issues, constraints, etc develop remediation plans and communicate potential impacts to regional teams and suppliers

Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) OR in lieu of a Degree, High School diploma and 4 years' experience

Eligibility Requirements

+ Understanding of computer asset lifecycle

+ Familiar with Service Now asset management methodology

+ Advance understanding of PC hardware and configuration

+ Position can sometimes require off-hours flexibility/ability to work across global time zones
