Role Summary:

Risk Management Leader works with information Security team and Businesses to drive the creation and implementation of the Information Security Governance Program. This role with senior GE Information Security and Business leaders to ensure that initiatives align with the overall Security Program's mission, meet Business and regulatory requirements and meet GE Digital quality standards.

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Provide tools and technologies for master data implementation/governance

+ Manage security aspects of the GE Digital risk assessment process

+ Manage Risk GE Digital Exception Process

+ Develop and drive standardized processes across GE Digital and Foundaries

+ Prioritize, prototype, design, build, test and deploy analytics models and scorecards

+ Develop communications, training, and change management deliverables required for self-service reporting

+ Ensure the successful, end-to-end delivery of a product, program or project through upfront client engagement

+ Influence direction of technical solutions for GE Digital accounting for critical risk and controls in technology solutions.

+ Lead IT initiatives, and projects by partnering with the Senior Team leader, IT Program managers, Shared Services teams, client leaders, end-users and Executive Development Leaders, to drive process excellence, end user experience, simplification and cost out for GE Digital application ecosystem

+ Partner with Functional to create effective solutions for the dissemination of security governance downstream

+ Support programs and projects in support of the strategic Corporate initiatives related with Company re-organizations, acquisitions, dispositions and employee events while ensuring adherence and compliance across application teams

+ Partner with IT Program Managers and Shared Service teams to evolve a common minimum strategy and ensure uniform participation across teams as it relates to data governance and security

+ Accountable for process digitization excellence, with duties including monthly production roll outs, feasibility studies, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution & closure of multiple projects

+ Ensure the quality and delivery of the SLA's by partnering with the business functional teams and GE Corporate IT Program Managers

+ Support, advise, assist, guide and resolve IT issues for client leaders and end-users

Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelors degree (or 4 years equivalent work experience)

+ Minimum 5+ years IT experience

Eligiblity Requirements

+ Must be 18 years or older

+ Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States

+ Must be willing to submit to a drug test, and background investigation as a part of the screening process

+ Experience in the integration with and/or management of externally-hosted 3rd Party Software as a Service application

+ Experience of working in a shared services model

+ High level of energy and enthusiasm, with ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment

+ Change oriented - actively generates process improvements, supports and drives change, and confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways

+ Ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships\#DTR
