The Staff Software Architect demonstrates leadership in delivering architectural solutions across PLM platform based on web service-oriented architecture to meet business goals. This role will provide architecture services in design, build and modification of software. Also, assists enterprise architects in developing roadmap based on the future architecture direction.
In this role you
+ Responsible fortechnical architecture design for Power PLM platform.
+ Identifysystemic application issues, perform root cause analysis, apply corrective andpreventive actions.
+ Participate inthe domain technical and business discussions relative to future architectdirection.
+ Assist in theanalysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon acurrent vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
+ Gather andanalyze data and develop architectural requirements at project level.
+ Participate inthe EA (Enterprise Architecture) governance model.
+ Support thedevelopment software and data delivery platforms that are service-oriented withreusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methodsfor different businesses.
+ Research andevaluate emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in projectdevelopment and/or operational support activities.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM"Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
+ A minimum of 8years of professional experience in IT project implementation with at least 3years of experience in application design and architecture
