+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors(Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
+ A minimum of 8 years of professional experience

+ Previous experience in workforce management scheduling ortime and attendance solutions preferred.
+ Programming skills in C# .Net, Angular JS, Ionic.
+ Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure or other cloudexperience preferred.
+ Previous experience in working on an Agile software team.
