Role Summary:

As Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating strong working relationships & influence across product management, software and other functional groups to deliver releases as per roadmap. As a domain expert for learning portfolio, you will engage with customers and technical teams across all levels of organizations to resolve technical and business problems, leading intelligent learning solutions with data scientists across HR.

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Define/manage requirements, follow product management processes and be a product expert.

+ Leverage overall portfolio and product strategy to create a detailed product plan tailored for balancing internal productivity and employee facing learning applications.

+ Work with all areas of the product management and software development lifecycle to deliver differentiated products.

+ Work with Product Leadership Team to translate the business vision into long term strategies & roadmap

+ Work with customer engagement, product management and technical leads to translate customer requirements into specific tasks

+ Develop and manage product backlog to ensure deliverable to meet schedules and milestones

+ Lead all phases of SDLC process including but not limited to analysis, design, and testing, of infrastructure/platform code associated with application deployments

+ Define quality metrics, best practices and coding patterns, and provides deep expertise on developing products using Drupal, HTML, JavaScript and other front end technologies

+ Work with software teams across Digital to implement web based learning intelligent solutions involving data scientists across HR and other functions, utilizing machine learning, natural language, and statistical analysis methods.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree Information Technology or related fieldMinimum 5 years experienceMinimum 2 years of demonstrated product management for web applications

Eligibility Requirements: Must be willing to work out of an office in: Van Buren TownshipLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.

+ Technical depth & experience in implementing large-scale SaaS based solution.

+ Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization
