Responsible for providing technical leadership and defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure. Responsible for wing-to-wing execution of technical projects to deliver high quality outcomes to internal and external customers. Partner at a strategic level with functional product owner to define features backlog and requirements, work with technical team internal and external to the initiative to ensure outcomes delivery on time, within scope and budget and of desired quality. Provide technical leadership to an agile team of 5-7. Work with stakeholders to understand product requirements & vision. Develop robust test solutions and related test activities leveraging existing/new technologies, test automations, and Agile testing practices. Responsible for full test life cycle such as developing, maintaining, and execution of both manual and automated test cases. Create and implement the overall verification strategy with the program team focusing on maximizing automation coverage, reducing manual testing. Develop test scripts for automation. Determine the automation test strategy for software verification by evaluating, driving PoC and selection of various automated test tools. Coordinate load testing on different products and help team to determine the proper tools and technology to use for load testing.
Bachelor's Degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors [Science, Technology, Engineering (any) and Math], and 7 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's degree experience in related occupation required. The position also requires 7 years experience with test automation, project execution and delivery execution; 2 years experience in Medical Device connectivity, Verification and Validation experience with PTC/Axeda/Questra IIoT platform; 1 year experience in Medical Device system integrations and interoperability; 2 years experience with Software development methodology and tools like Scaled Agile Framework, ClearQuest, Rally; 2 years experience in Automation testing platforms like JBehave, Serenity, UFT - HP, ALM version 12, VMWare Tools; and 2 years experience in Software languages like Java, Unix Scripting, and Python.
