Pay Rate/Salary: $15-15 / Hour

Acts as a liaison between our customer and Staffmark, and is responsible for management of the account ensuring that our customer receives the highest quality service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain good customer relations by handling all customer service inquiries, concerns, issues, and ensuring consistent quality.

  • Manage all daily account activity with regard to the on-site customer staffing needs; Ensure job orders are filled in a timely manner.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with hiring managers and all users of temporary staffing employees.

  • Communicate customer requests to the recruiting office for fulfillment.

  • Conduct new hire orientations and tours with temporary staffing employees for proper transition to assignment.

  • Manage and oversee daily timekeeping process, attendance tracking and financial reporting to ensure payroll and invoice accuracy.

  • Counsel temporary employees relative to attendance, productivity, and overall job performance

  • Execute established retention and recognition programs for temporary associates.

  • Ensure compliance to the contract between the customer and Staffmark for background checks, drug screening, billing, and any other terms outlined in the agreement.

  • Participate in and communicate the customer's on-site safety programs.

  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

  • RequirementsQualifications
    � Experience in the temporary employment industry, human resources, customer service or account management preferred, but not mandatory. Experience and/or ability to work in fast paced environment and working under pressure.
    � Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
    � Proficient time management skills. Be able to effectively plan, organize, prioritize and multi-task in fast-paced environments
    � Organized, objective, and detail oriented.
    � Have a strong customer service attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
    � Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
