The Joint Commission has awarded Parham Doctors' Hospital with the Gold Seal of Approval for Joint Replacement and Spinal Fusion . We are a Joint Commission Certified Primary Stroke Center and an Accredited Chest Pain Center by the Society of Cardiovascular Patient Care. We are a MBSAQIP-Accredited site for Bariatric Surgery and have a Total Joint Center of Excellence program and a Spine Center of Excellence program.

Parham Doctors' Hospital is proud to offer RN graduates a way to kick start their career in preferred specialties, such as ED, PCU, Medical/Surgical, and Behavioral Health through our StaRN program.

HCA's StaRN program is designed to better aide graduates in the transition from the classroom environment onto the unit by providing the necessary support, experience, knowledge, and certifications to thrive at HCA! We invite new nursing graduates to apply for this unique opportunity to receive didactic and clinical training for our Emergency Room . HCA and HealthTrust have partnered together to provide a 17-week program that will enable new graduates to obtain specific experience through a paid intensive internship program. After completion of the program, you will transition into a staff role in Emergency Room .

Additional information about the program:
  • Begins February 5 th , 2018
  • 9 weeks of didactic learning with educators
  • 8 weeks with clinical preceptor
  • Provided certifications include BLS and ACLS

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school within the past 6 months
  • Applicants may apply and be offered position prior to passing NCLEX exam
  • Previous nursing support or service industry experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and strong communication skills required
