Store Managers (SMs) are dynamic leaders and team-builders that drive superior customer service and profitability at The Home Depot stores. In this position, you will develop goals and strategies that enhance the customer experience, leading a team of Assistant Store Managers, Department Supervisors and over 100 associates. The primary responsibilities of a Store Manager include:
- Operating a location with a fiscal accountability ranging from $15-$80MM
- Developing strategies that drive store profitability
- Developing, communicating and imparting our Core values to store associates
- Preferred candidates will have a bachelor's degree and three years of retail supervisory experience
