The Store Operator will be on the front lines of the day-to-day shopping operations within designated retail stores. You will be expected to achieve strong performance metrics of accuracy and efficiency in your work, and look for ways to improve daily. This is a long-term temporary opportunity. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a retail store, retail operations, food/beverage/hospitality, logistics, or shipping & receiving and must possess a passion for customer service, and the ability to think quickly on his/her feet.
-Execute daily shopping tasks and inventory validation checks, using a range of mobile devices.
-Works closely with Store Managers/Employees & Store Leads for ongoing product/process feedback.
-Works directly with retail store managers to integrate operations processes, troubleshoot issues, report feedback to the Store Op¿s Lead.
-Work with the Google design team to test new operational processes and provide key insights and quality feedback.
-Work with the Field Operations Lead to manage hardware assets used for in-store processes.
-Other duties as assigned
-Previous Experience: retail store, retail operations, food/beverage/hospitality, logistics, shipping & receiving
-Excellent customer service skills
-Schedule: FLEXIBILITY IS A MUST- Available to between the hours of 6:00AM-11:00PM, 4-6 shifts per week
-Motivated critical thinker and problem solver
-Capable of working independently for extended periods
-Willingness to learn and take on ad-hoc tasks
-Store Operators will work between the hours of 6am-11pm, 4-6 days/week (covered by multiple shifts). Must have a flexible schedule.
-Work locations may vary from the following cities: Medford, Somerville, Everett, Boston, Malden. As the project expands, working locations will expand.
