Adecco Executive Recruitment is currently searching for candidates for the job of Strategic Information Technologies Manager for our client located in Orlando, FL. You will be responsible for directing and managing the continuity of technical computer resources, including all voice and data communications, for all US and international locations in the business unit. You will provide the planning, designing, strategy, technical leadership, and project coordination necessary to implement new technology, provide customer service, develop business solutions, and resolve technical problems.


You will:

Direct the development and delivery of IT solutions that support the vision and strategy of the Company's strategic business plan
Lead evolution of technology with a view toward continuous improvement of business processes and data integrity by using/applying appropriate technology to solve business problems
Building business cases for pursuing strategic initiatives with management including basic ROI analysis
Coordinate and assist the corporate team in development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Be available for up to 10% travel, including International.
Oversee management of Enterprise Infrastructure for all locations.
Work with department managers to develop low cost solutions, improve process, and increase performance.
Manage IT Budget and Accounts payable functions for the business unit.
Ensure that all Sarbanes-Oxley processes and procedures are updated and tested to meet the audit requirements.
Support all audit testing and information gathering as required by internal and external auditors.
Provide guidance and direction for project management dealing with schedule, budget, deviations, and measurements for successful completion.
Work with all departments requiring technical resources to ascertain, justify, plan, and implement new technologies that enhance workflow and throughput in an effective and efficient manner while promoting resource sharing.
Identify and facilitate the resolution of requirements, process, and project issues.
Manage and mentor staff and provide career guidance.
Work with Corporate team in defining, deploying, and managing corporate-wide projects.
Be able to develop relationships and communicate effectively with both the business and manufacturing team members.
Ensure that standards for hardware, software, and their use is created and revised as required and that they are in accordance with corporate guidelines for technical resources.
Provide preliminary evaluation of new technologies as they relate to the site and business unit's growth paths and provide direction for continued investigation and approval.
Encourage sites within the business unit to take an active role in exploring new computing technologies that simplify tasks and enhance the company's competitive edge.
Ensure that disaster recovery procedures are in place, updated, tested, and meet corporate standards.
Ensure IT security measures exist and are used to protect electronic data from loss, theft, and intrusion.
Represent the business unit in Corporate IT strategy and technology meetings.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Management or similar
Minimum of 5 years experience in managing an IT function/department, including the management of staff
Proven experience in managing or supporting Enterprise Infrastructure, inclusive of servers, routers, switches, wireless devices, VOIP for multiple locations
Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley IT audit requirement

Specialized Knowledge, Equipment, and Applications:

Excellent interactive people skills; both written and verbal
Proven ability to manage, motivate, and direct people
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills and attitude that ensures that all requests handled are completed to the satisfaction of the requesting department and per the Information Resource guidelines and standards
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Previous experience in supporting international locations is a plus.
