Position Summary:
The Advisor, Strategic Process and Productivity Improvement for the Government Services Process Improvement team will play a vital role in innovative, high profile programs that result in disruptive improvements to operations. This role is critical to the successful growth of the Government Services business and will drive solutions that have a profound impact on the future direction of the company overall. Specifically, the Advisor, Strategic Process and Productivity Improvement will focus on strategic framing of problems, hypothesis-driven analysis, fact and logic-based decision making, solution ideation, design, testing, and execution. The Advisor, Strategic Process and Productivity Improvement will work closely with business partners at all levels of the organization to understand the business, solve problems, and present recommendations to senior leadership. *Develop strategic framework and approach to solving key problems, beginning with vaguely-defined, ambiguous problems and then developing a logical framework and analytical plan of attack *Independently design, construct, and execute analyses to meet business case requirements using data that will often be self-sourced through observations, tests, interviews, custom data pulls. *Includes root cause investigation; problem solving; articulating conclusions; and making recommendations to the leadership team. *Engage cross-functionally across the organization to design solutions, develop test and implementation plans, drive results, and resolve issues encountered by the team including the ability to assess and course-correct as necessary *Use superior analytical skills and logic to prepare material and presentations for the business in a way that adds value, is easily understood by others who may not have the same background or expertise and improves the operational efficiency of the business.

Required Qualifications:
Proven track record constructing and executing complex analysis to meet business case requirements

*High level of independent judgment and initiative required

*Past experience interacting and influencing at all levels of the organization

*Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously with the highest level of attention to detail, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines

Bachelor's Degree. Will consider combination of years releveant work experience.
