As the Advisor, you will be part of our Prescription BenefitManagement (PBM) Innovation team. Thisteam is engaged across all functions of our PBM Operations, with particularemphasis on root cause analysis, solution ideation, design, testing, andimplementation. You will have the opportunity to use your analytical skills andlogic to analyze the business, solve problems, and present recommendations tosenior leadership all in an effort to drive new operational initiatives, whichwill have a profound impact on the future direction of the company.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to p artner with Innovationleadership team and Talent Acquisition to ensure a consistent, high qualityapproach to candidate sourcing, evaluation, hiring, and onboarding.
You will create, implement, and managean onboarding program that enables the PBM Innovation team to have aconsistent, high quality approach to Innovation as measured according to thePBM Innovation team’s Success Criteria and individual Program goals (e.g. howto develop high quality, accurate solutions that enable differentiatedperformance on client operational performance measures, best in class serviceto members, and regulatory and compliance excellence).
In addition, you will be responsible for d
eveloping, owning, and refreshing the “playbook” for excellence in innovation execution. You will guide, oversee, and trackthe root cause evaluation and lessons learned of gaps in value delivery or gapsin execution or gaps in quality of all initiatives in the Innovation team.
You will support the development of trainingcurriculum for skills and functions required for innovation team members (e.g.,business case development, leading an IT project, gathering consumer insight).
Additional responsibilities will include:
·Coordinating team workshopson relevant topics such as change management, running mini-tests, setting upmeasurement dashboards
·Frequently gather feedbackacross the team regarding resources, tools
·Support leaders incolleague development plans, particularly in creating “lateral” career pathswith varied experiences across the full team
·Support leaders in creatinga Continuous Learning culture, a Growth Mindset across the team, and a cultureof Grit through coordination of initiatives to support culture and engagementobjectives
Thisrole is located in Scottsdale, AZ, Northbrook, IL, or Woonsocket, RI. Minimal travel required. Required Qualifications:
5+ years of consulting or
related high level analytical experience in an operational environment with
experience in building complex business models

5+ years of demonstrated
experience with spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software, including a
strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
