Adecco's Direct Hire recruiting team seeks a seasoned solutions-based Strategic Sales Executive for our client, a business process management global brand with a local presence in New York City. Directly reporting into the SVP Sales with a dotted line to the CEO, this opportunity is ideal for someone experienced with outsourcing sales / document processing, business processing / and most importantly, solution based sales.

While some warm leads will be provided, the hired candidate will be driving net new business from ground up, and have proven track record to have the ability to describe a sale & how you have been involved with the process from start to finish : how have you owned the strategy & the process? How have you coordinated with other business units / suppliers? What is your accessibility to C-level executives?


Responsibilities:

Meet & exceed net new sales targets and company revenue growth goals by aggressive prospecting for new accounts.
Collaborate with appropriate team members, construct and implement a territory and account development plan that optimizes revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty. Track ongoing business results compared to plan's established goals & execute corrective action(s) as needed.
Gain access and build long-term relationships with the appropriate account decision makers.
Conduct high-level client & sales presentations as needed, articulating the value proposition of the brands' service offerings.
Properly maintain pipeline and forecast reporting in CRM.
Communicate with people of all levels both internally and externally, and work with customer's decision makers and influencers.
Be responsive to the customers' needs and follow through on all aspects of request, both written and verbal.
Work closely with Leadership, HR and Area Managers, when responding to a Request For Proposal (RFP)
Attend trade shows along with different conferences both educational and customer oriented.
Local travel for client meetings as needed..



Education and Experience:

5+ years experience in solution-based sales, preferably outsourcing or business Services
Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas in prior sales roles
Experience developing sales from prospecting to close
Record of proven sales metrics and activity
Bachelor's or MS degree in Business Administration or similar sector
Prospecting, including substantial experience cold calling large complex organizations
Ability to manage sales pipeline meeting metrics for success
Business planning expertise including territory and account management
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think and act at both strategic and tactical levels
Highly developed analytical skills, results oriented , strong consultation and interpersonal skills
