ESSENTIAL TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Jack's Dining has openings at our Panda Express location for restaurant crew team member positions. If you are interested in gaining working knowledge of general kitchen procedures, including using holding times, rotation, kitchen safety, food safety, hygiene, and other food service related experience; we would like to talk to you.
    Hours: Hours for this position will vary based on scheduling need. Please indicate on your application what hours you are available to work.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Greet guests with hospitable customer service at the front counter
    • Quick pace work environment in which we deliver an elevated experience to our customers
    • Prepare food orders, package and fulfill drink requests
    • Receive payment and give correct change
    • Monitors food quality and provides feedback to the manager
    • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
    • Ability to learn basic cooking (Chow Mein and rice, teriyaki chicken.)
    • Must be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner while still maintaining quality of work
    • Cleans and maintains work environment to safety and visual standards
    • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
    • Follow Panda Express's operational policies and procedures
    • Will be a part of the dish team on a daily basis
