We have an immediate opening for a User Development Assistance intern in the Oracle Construction and Engineering Global Business unit.
As a member of our Development team, you will develop and update software-simulation and video content for customer training courses that support our project management software solutions. Additional job responsibilities include validating accuracy of training procedures, writing and editing course content, and analyzing feature functionality. You will work closely and communicate with the product development team and Oracle University.
Preferred skills and experience:
-- Major in English, Technical Communications, Management Information Systems or other multimedia major.
-- Strong writing, editing, and design skills
-- Analytical skills to convert technical information into captivating end-user multimedia content
-- Experience in multimedia and video software
-- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
-- High technical aptitude with the ability to learn new technology quickly
-- Ability to work both independently and within a team
