Ability to rapidly learn and incorporate new technologies into his/her skill set
Desire to learn and apply development best practices
Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to effectively communicate technical, business, and design information
Desire to work in a fast-paced, team-based development environment

Additional Qualifications/Skills (not required):
Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise suite
Java and object-oriented programming
XML/XSLT programming
SQL
