Senior Product Manager, M365, Security, Readiness PMM Lead Office, US M&O Come join the US Office 365 Product Marketing Team! We?re looking for an exceptional Product Marketer to lead Office 365 Advanced Workloads product marketing with a focus on Security and Analytics, and all up Sales Readiness for Office 365 across segments. The Office product team in the US M&O is responsible for the business strategy and integrated marketing plans for the US Office business. As the Advanced Workloads Product Marketing Manager you?ll have an opportunity to significantly impact one of the largest business at Microsoft! In your new role, you?ll be responsible for field enablement, developing and executing marketing strategies, programs, and campaigns to drive revenue and market share, owning the demand and audience strategy and leading cross group execution in the US across all segments. This role will be highly collaborative with the Office Go-To-Market team, US Central Marketing Org (CMO), Enterprise & Industry team (E&I), segment sales and partner leads, and WW Office BG. Be the product expert and evangelize Office 365 advanced workloads with customers, sales, and partners at marketing events, webcasts, campaigns, and sales engagements. Provide product/messaging readiness, sales guidance, and training plans across segments. Marketing execution: Collaborate with the segment marketing and CMO teams to develop marketing programs, plans, and activities to drive demand, acquisition, and usage of Office 365 advanced workloads to help achieve growth targets. Track and measure success. Work closely with the WW Office marketing team to develop content and campaign strategies and programs to drive demand in the US. Develop plans to land the availability of key product features and offers with sales, partners and customers through broad collaboration across the US subsidiary teams. Provide the BG product feedback from customers, sellers, and partners to remove sales blockers and drive customer acquisition. Work closely with the US and WW GTM teams to define Segmentation/Targeting/Positioning across segments to inform marketing plans to drive high ROI of targeted efforts and to drive strategies and programs to grow the business. Support US scorecard metric owners to help build plans to achieve defined FY targets. Identify gaps in performance and collaborate with segment owners and field/partner teams to develop corrective actions. Provide insights to Leadership team on key issues/action plans during regular business reviews (MBR/QBR/MYR). Develop and maintain strong connection with WW Office teams and counterparts in other subsidiaries to share insights and best practices on growing the cloud services business. QUALIFICATIONS Experience in Enterprise marketing with a track record of delivering tangible business results A passion for technology and the ability to clearly articulate solutions in a business and customer-centric manner Ability to view a business holistically end-to-end across Marketing, Sales, and Partner Ability to influence without authority, collaborate effectively, and lead virtual teams Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in ambiguous business situations, be open to ?building the plane as we fly it? Familiarity with marketing automation and account based marketing theory Strong analytical skills to analyze business performance, identify market opportunity and develop useful insights from data This role is based in the Redmond/Bellevue WA area and will require some domestic travel
