Supervisor - Quality Assurance - Paw Paw
Lead laboratory technicians focusing on microbial and chemical analysis of juice products. Engage quality assurance and operations personnel to continuously improve quality programs and operational consistency.

Function Related Activities / Key responsibilities:
  • Training and development of quality and operations team members
  • Develop sanitation programs and practices (COP, CIP, SIP, SOP)
  • Manage relationships with suppliers to drive efficiencies
  • Lead validation and verification work for CIP and Allergens
  • Food Safety Team member
  • Ensures that all CCNA, policies, standards and guidelines are maintained.
Skills Required:
  • Strong organization, planning and decision making abilities
  • Excellent communication both oral and written
  • Ability to problem solve with groups of people and use data to drive corrective actions
  • Labor relations and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Bachelor's degree in food science or related field of study. Strong preference for microbiology and chemistry knowledge/training.
    • Preferred any GFSI schema training (ISO, SQF, and BRC etc.)
    • Knowledge of water treatment and food/beverage manufacturing systems.
