Job Duties: Manages key professional services business operations activities and continuous improvement of processes. Analyzes data gathered and develops solutions, directs processes and reporting activities to include financial, productivity, quality compliance, training, and/or efficiency. Documents findings of analysis and prepares recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Identifies key operational and performance metrics to measure business performance and drives reporting activities. Measures performance of the organization against strategic and tactical operational metrics. Develops business models, business cases and forecasting tools in support of various strategic initiatives. Identifies operational inefficiencies as well as best practices and drives improvement initiatives with senior management and operations teams. Works with cross-functional groups to ensure all documents and tools are kept up to date and communicated in a timely fashion. Confers with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures. Participates in the development of overall objectives and long-term goals of the organization. Contributes to the development of and execution of systems and local tools to drive consistency and efficiency in managing the business. Manages the activities of individual contributors and/or supervisors with accountability for results in terms of costs, strategies, and employees.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field. 24 months experience in job offered or any business operations related occupation. Experience must include: 1.) Project Financial Accounting using SAP ECC, SAP SRM, and Oracle 11i 2.) Conducting business intelligence using SAP BusinessObjects BI, Hyperion Brio, Tableau 9.2.8, and Net Reports 3.) Credit Case Management with Salesforce.com 4) Invoice Management using SAP ECC and NetReports Unbilled Tracking 5.) Partner Spend Forecasting using NetReports) and 6.) Revenue Forecast Management using SAP PFP and NetReports Forecasting. Experience may be gained concurrently. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
