POSITION PURPOSE
The Regional Supply Chain Asset Protection Manager will ensure that all Asset Protection programs are executed in all distribution centers within in their assigned region. This position will be responsible for providing tactical direction to DC leaders and associates, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans related to their assigned facilities.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
25%- Monitor operational processes so as to act in a strategic manner and develop plans that address risk within inventory integrity and overall supply chain physical security 
25%- Review and act on indicators related to employee safety, fleet safety, regulatory/haz mat and ensure training components are executed upon 
25%- Drive the development of facility and regional game plans that address deficiencies within the operations that expose the facility to a higher risk of shrink and safety 
25%- Ensure all investigations are handled within Home Depot policy requirements and documented appropriately

NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to Sr. Manager Asset Protection-Supply Chain. Has no direct reports.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment: 
Typically located in a comfortable indoor area. There may be regular exposure to mild physical discomfort from factors such as dust, fumes or odors, temperature extremes, loud noise, strong drafts, or bright lights.
Travel: 
Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.

Years of Relevant Work Experience: 4 years

Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Additional Qualifications:
Experience with CCTV, alarms, digital recording devices and physical security systems

Preferred Qualifications:
Supply Chain/Distribution management experience 
Management experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, Safety and/or field experience 
Bachelors degree or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Access 
Strong verbal and written communications skills 
Strong problem-solving skills 
Knowledge of various regulatory compliance issues, including but not limited to OSHA, EPA, Life Safety Code, DOT, etc. 
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast paced environment 
Analytical and business acumen skills
