The GES Delivery Optimization Assoc. Manager will lead/facilitate the conversion of GES markets leveraging new GTM strategies and tactics. As the GES agenda and solution capacity expands through 2020, this position will deploy optimal Transportation/GTM solutions taking into account the GTM 2020 agenda(Large and Small Format Blueprint).
  • Coordinates and facilitates Project Kick Off meetings, Critical Path execution, Project Start-ups
  • Monitors and ensures adequate communications to all stakeholders
  • Provides strong partnership with cross-functional partners
  • Manages cross-functional issues ensuring alignment and resolution
  • Manages and escalates, when necessary, risks and issues throughout the project life cycle
  • Manages and coordinates training and readiness activities


Qualifications/Requirements

  • 5-7 years Frito-Lay Field Operations or Sales experience
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proven experience leading through influence and gaining alignment
  • Ability to facilitate and collaborate within a cross-functional team
  • Ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan
  • Strong Planning/Organizing skills; ability to manage multiple major initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong presentation skills both in development and presentation to all levels of the organization
  • Must be willing to travel 50% of the time, work non-traditional shifts, weekends, and holidays
