Adecco is currently assisting Gilt Group in their search to fill a Logistics Coordinator role in Brooks, KY. This is a temp-perm opportunity. If you meet the qualifications listed below, APPLY NOW!!!!

The Supply Chain Coordinator will support the entire buying process, including creating and managing purchase orders, reporting, logistics and sale preparation. Most importantly, the coordinator must build and maintain relationships with their selective vendors, tracking performance to Gilt's compliance guidelines, and partnering to resolve any issues. In addition, the successful candidate will partner well with functions across the organization including Operations locally, Customer Service and Finance in Ireland, and Tech and Merchandising in NYC.

Duties
. Successfully create Gilt purchase orders working out of the Zendesk ticketing platform; ensuring work is completed for your buy type/division
. Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional divisions to ensure the purchase orders are being created accurately and in a timely manner; being able to trouble shoot issues on the buy-sheets, enabling purchase order creation
. Effectively communicate to the accounts payable team when purchase orders need to be approved
. Post purchase order approval, ensure the Gilt generated purchase order number is communicated to necessary parties inclusive of the vendor(s) and merchant(s)
. Build and maintain relationships with your selective vendors, keeping an open line of communication and partnering to resolve any issues
. Act as the Supply Chain representative for partners such as: Merchandising, Zendesk, Freight Co, Finance, and Customer Service
. Adhere to compliance and business procedures; enforce rules as needed

Qualifications

. Some retail or supply chain experience preferred
. Are detailed-oriented, efficient, and a dependable team player
. Work with a sense of urgency, ensuring completion of all work
. High level of personal accountability
. Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
. Committed to the teams¿ and Gilt¿s success; willing to go the extra mile
. Ability to analyze and solve problems
