I have a wonderful full-time, permanent position for a strong Supply Chain Data Coordinator to join a leading manufacturer and distributor in their Clermont County location. This 100-year old company has enjoyed great success, low turnover, and a very special corporate culture. The Supply Chain Data coordinator will have responsibility for ensuring that all master data is maintained by entering, updating, and maintaining data, as well as having a full understanding of the impact of this data across the supply chain. You will need to have a strong grasp of Access and Excel, and preferably experience in Lawson or Infor on an AS400 platform. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all timelines are met, and all information is available to users quickly and effectively. This role is also very important to ensuring cohesive information for planning, costing, and pricing information. Therefore, you must have a passion for on-time customer service, proactive problem solving, superior attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Crystal Reports and Showcase Query experience would also be a plus! Enter, manage and maintain huge master data files. Provide input to ensure an established roadmap is created, and master data output is accurate. Understand data elements and how they flow through the supply chain. Troubleshoot and deliver reporting for internal customers, including Purchasing, Pricing, Reporting groups. Receive and process requests from users for changes to, or creation of master data improvements. Coordinate with users to ensure correctness and completeness of data. Pro-actively monitor and analyze all master data files for continuous improvements on the cleanliness of data. Ensure system settings are aligned with corporate policies. Develop strong business relationships across corporate, manufacturing, and other parts of the organization. Bachelor's Degree with Supply Chain concentration or related work experience. Expert level experience in MS Office--Access and Excel. Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in Infor, Lawson preferred; AS400 experience. Effective time manager--routinely called on to prioritize a large number of tasks and report on project status. Please note: Relocation assistance is not provided. Prefer local candidates.
