Adecco is assisting a national client in their search to fill a Supply Chain - Logistics Manager job in Chicago, IL. You will be managing the day-to-day operations of the fulfillment team which includes planning, scheduling and overseeing all aspects of the order fulfillment process associated with picking, packing and shipping orders. As a Supply Chain Logistics Manager you will ensure all operations and logistic functions are performed in a timely, cost effective manner and are aligned with corporate goals for safety, customer satisfaction and efficiency. Responsibilities for this Supply Chain - Logistics Manager job include: Manages, coaches, trains, and develops staff to execute shopping tasks and to ensure the highest quality of customer service, customer satisfaction and product quality Develops operational improvements associated with picking, packing, and shipping orders to optimize fulfillment teams efficiency and reduce costs Provides development opportunities, coaching and motivates the team around continuous improvement and development of performance that support company growth Defines strategic planning and forecasting and operates SLA performance metrics to ensure overall performance is aligned with corporate goals and objective Analyzes operational and personnel performance and manages financial results of assigned stores to ensure maximum profits are in line with customer and associate satisfaction and support corporate goals Drives revenue, profitability and quality of retail business while enhancing and ensuring standards are met at all times Works closely with Store Managers/Employees, Product Management, and Engineering for ongoing product development Works with cross functional teams to troubleshoot non-technical account management issues (payments, feeds, policies) Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Retail Management, or Business related field Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience managing a team in a fulfillment center environment Experience in project management, fulfillment, transportation customer service, supply and demand planning, operations management experience preferred Must be able to motivate and empower people using exemplary leadership skills Excellent Customer Service Skills Apply Now if you are interested in this Supply Chain - Logistics Manager job in Chicago, IL!
