We will also provide the mentoring, training and opportunities for you to fulfill your ambitions and potential. *Overview* In this role, you will program manage all procurement functions necessary to set-up, forecast, procure and deliver materials for Dell or ODM factories. This will involve creating and managing integrated supply chain processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics as well as outside suppliers. *Responsibilities* * * -Focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis. -Drives key strategic initiatives, and supports the development of short-term and long-term supply chain and fulfillment model. -Analyzes industry and supplier market data to identify trends and develop insights related to opportunities for Dell, and then translates these into strategic operational plans. -Promotes Dell’s strategic vision and execution, including through internal and external communications - Undergraduate Degree and 8-10 years of relevant supply chain experience including buying, supply management and commodity management for direct material commodities -Strong problem solving and analysis skills. -Strong program/project/supply chain management skills. -Strong risk management skills. -Strong data analytical and presentation skills *Preference* *-* MBA or Master in Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Operation and 4-6 years of relevant experience -Operation management and Consulting experience With more than 100,000 team members globally, we promote an environment that is rooted in the entrepreneurial spirit in which the company was founded.
