Supply Chain Optimization (SCO) Analyst - Jonesboro, AR

This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining aspects of Supply Chain Health and performance. A broad level of SCO expertise will be leveraged to assure maintenance is performed in background support systems. The role will ensure system and process accuracy and communication across multiple back office processes and departments. In addition, the role will be the main point of coordination in system trouble shooting and help desk coordination.
Work week is Monday-Friday (Est 40Hrs). Estimated daily schedule is 7AM-3PM but is subject to variability based on work load. (The work week and daily schedule may be evaluated after our GES start up and could change to have a regularly scheduled weekend day based on business needs)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage all ISCP SCO Tools
  • SCO Systems troubleshooting/Help Desk coordination
  • Filter maintenance Lead (ICRs) including use of ICR tool in allocating thematic POS SKUs / quantities to routes
  • Product Code Transition (PCT) and Set up Lead (ICS - WCS) / Business Proposals Point
  • Pick Work Manager Lead (PWM)
  • Sales Local Maintenance (SLM)
  • AVS / CLO Reconciliation and Process Owner
  • PPT/Masterfiles Maintenance
  • High Understanding of SCO Systems maintenance:
  • Product Coverage and Need sheet accuracy (Produced and Non-Produced)
  • Knowledge to backfill for all SCO administrative responsibilities to maintain service to sales
  • Communicate cross-functionally to assist team to address Supply Chain opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

  • Broad SCO/FLNA systems expertise
  • Strong Office Skills: Worksheets, Pivot Tables, Presentations
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly
  • Ability to give/receive constructive feedback
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a results oriented, challenging environment
  • Effective coaching, facilitation and presentation skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent standing and walking
  • Sitting occasionally to frequent
  • Lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally
  • Must be able to see (depth perception, near acuity and far acuity) and hear
  • Must be able to maneuver safely around moving equipment and/or in congested manufacturing areas
  • Must be able to tolerate extreme temperatures (hot and/or cold depending upon season and plant location)
  • Must pass a drug screen and background investigation
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment: safety glasses, ear protection, steel toed shoes, rubber gloves/boots, etc
  • Exposed to various packaging materials, raw ingredients, seasonings, cleaning chemicals, lubricants, etc.
