Support Engineer

As a Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing substantial technical support to thier enterprise level customers by answering complex questions on functionality and product usage within a linux and/or windows environment. You will also recreate customer problems to deliver best-in-industry support and phenomenal customer satisfaction.

80% of day-to-day will be prioritizing tickets coming in. They use Salesforce as a ticketing system.

Looking for someone with experience support Linux and/or Windows servers as well as some database or SQL queries experience.
