Company is a digital business platform with a CMS at its core. They are an innovative, fast growing organization, seeking a Support Engineer for clients in the US.

The task is to support clients with technical expertise regarding the company and project implementations. The Support Engineer is curious, likes helping people, and has a broad knowledge of web applications and supporting infrastructure. Engineering background allows the Support Engineer to identify common traits in successful websites and build a repository of known-to-work solutions. There is a worldwide network of other company Support Engineers, as well as resident knowledge in the US office.

Responsibilities:
-Solve technical questions from clients via support ticketing system
-Build and release custom functionality to solve client issues
-Travel occasionally to client locations to provide services on-site
-Work in an international environment

-Broad technological background with a focus on Java web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery
-Excellent technical, problem solving and communication skills
-Ability to speak and write English fluently
-A strong commitment to timelines and deliverables
-Willing and able to travel occasionally
