A Support Manager job is available in Etna, OH courtesy of Modis Engineering. The ideal candidate will have five years' relevant experience in eCommerce operations, preferably in a multi-channel retail environment. The Support Manager job will coordinate various teams and facilitate deployment of changes in production as the company works to migrate its branches onto one platform. The Support Manager job should have experience both with the business side and technical side of retail. This position is in an active, high-pressure environment that demands the Support Manager job be flexible and on-call in case of emergencies.
Support Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate various teams and schedules
- Facilitate deployments of changes in production
- Provide status updates to upper management
- Assist company in transition to new ATG eCommerce platform
- Be on call for deployments
- Five years' relevant eCommerce operations experience, preferably in a multi-channel retail environment
- Extensive knowledge of working with an eCommerce business application
- Experience working with web analytics tools such as Omniture
- Knowledge of ITIL strongly desired
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to maintain flexible schedule
