Our clients are some of the world's leading companies and the candidate will be part of challenging projects to build and support technical solutions for their needs.As a Systems Analyst, the candidate will be expected to use their technical and analytical skills working directly with IBM's clients to develop and implement innovative solutions that address core business issues across complex and integrated enterprise systems. The candidate may engage with clients across multiple industries which may include Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and more. In the System Analyst role, the candidate may perform the following specific tasks:* Leverage technical and analytical skills in an integrated enterprise system environment to analyze and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology* Evaluate design and technical layouts for purposes of data mapping, integration analysis, scripting, testing and software conversion * In collaboration with the rest of the development team, ensure that the proposed solution addresses all of the client's business requirements* Assist with development of use cases in support of the client business needs* Develop client relationships within the client organization across diverse stake holder groups including client business and technical organizations* Work collaboratively with IBM's domestic and global delivery organizations, and third party software vendors* Work in an unstructured environment and create and reuse intellectual capital to solve diverse, business and/or technology-related challengesSome travel is expected and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. The IBM Services Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our Monroe, LA center. However, some travel is expected and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and transition at a client site (Monday thru Friday). You may be required to travel up to 50% of the time as needed. No remote opportunities exist.
