1. Managing Active Directory clusters
2. Managing and conducting daily backups using Netbackup
3. Experience with Powershell scripting

* Provide Level 2 server support Incident response and escalation
* Provide Level 2 server support for three data centers as well as branch offices
* Physical and virtual server implementations and deployments, including hardware and O/S
* NetBackup daily operations, including on-demand backups and restores
* Maintain and support software pushes and Windows Updates
* Monitor health of Windows servers environment with SCOM
* Management of IT enterprise applications:
o Active Directory including Group Policy, DHCP, DNS and DFS
o McAfee EPO policies and deployments
o System Center Operation Manager (SCOM)
o System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
o Whole disk encryption (WDE) devices
o Remote offices file and print servers
* Develop and maintain policies, procedures and internal controls in support of the server infrastructure
* Provide backup assistance as needed for teams responsible for data recovery/archive and infrastructure equipment (PDUs, UPSs, KVM switches, etc.)

* 5+ years' experience in Windows Server operating systems, including Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 and server hardware required
* 5+ years' experience with Active Directory, GPO, Login Scripts, DNS, DHCP, File/Print services required
* Some experience with PowerShell required
* Ability to participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation required
* Ability to perform after-hours work for scheduled maintenance and unscheduled issue resolution required
* Must be flexible for extended hours and/ or shift work required
* Management of required IT Applications:
o AD, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS and DFS
o File and printer servers
o Server Level Hardware (Dell, HP or IBM)
* Experience with a tier 1 SAN (NetApp) preferred
* 2+ years' experience supporting SCCM and SCOM preferred
* Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years' experience supporting NetBackup
* Ability to make good judgments, decisions, negotiate and problem solve
* Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical information to non-IT personnel
* Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the clients computing environment
* Must demonstrate strong sense of urgency regarding solving end-user issues
* Efficiently and effectively solve problems regarding system errors or usage issues
* Must be able to minimize downtime by rapidly diagnosing and resolving problems
* Must be able to track and document information regarding troubleshooting techniques
* Maintain a high level of teamwork and communication
