My client in the Cleveland area is looking for a contract to full-time Systems Engineer asap. · Work with POS Teams to analyze, plan, and develop the unique automation related to software deployment processes and supporting infrastructure improvement · Troubleshoot and solve environment and infrastructure problems found in the production and post-production environments · Assist in the management and support of product integration services with multiple business partners · Work with CIO, Vice President of IT, or other Department Heads on any technological innovations/projects deemed necessary 10% of Job - Lead Technical Trainer · Act as the lead technical team member to research and learn new POS systems · Mentor and train the other technical members of the POS team including RSMs · Work with the Restaurant Technology Managers from all Concepts on any new technological innovations that come from the franchisors or internal groups QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE · Acceptable equivalent combination of education, experience and certification; Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, or equivalent, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCDBA or MCSE), Cisco Certification (CCNA) · 3 to 5 years of experience with LAN technologies, including multiple network operating systems · Strong knowledge and experience with PC hardware (A+ Certification a plus) · Knowledge of Network Security tools especially related to PCI Compliance
