The Systems of Care
(SoC) Specialist is responsible for:
- The introduction, education,
and implementation of the JANSSEN CONNECTprogram
with Health Care Professionals (HCP’s) and systems within prioritized
markets based upon identified patient needs for information and
- Acting as a communication link
between HCP’s and systems with the JANSSENCONNECT program
vendors and will play a critical role in providing insights to the SoC
Home Office team to help determine appropriate evolution of JANSSENCONNECT offerings
and the SoC Specialist role.
- Being involved with defining
and prioritizing HCP’s and systems based upon identified patient needs for
information and assistance, and where necessary, will assist in the
identification of appropriate additional injection centers at a local
level to suggest to model vendor for their possible selection.
- Effectively coordinating with
the field sales organization to seek input as a source of information
about where patient need exists in the marketplace.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s
Degree is required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of
pharmaceutical sales experience or nursing / case management experience is
- A minimum of two (2) years of
pharmaceutical sales experience in the territory is preferred.
- An understanding of the market
at a local and state level, including payer landscape, reimbursement,
funding streams, and patient flow are preferred.
- A valid driver's license issued
in the United States, and the ability to travel as necessary, which may
include overnight and / or weekend travel, is required.
