Do you have a passion for technology and want to work in an innovative automotive warehouse? If the answer is yes than you will want to look at this newly created position that will be a critical component in success of the Hartford Automated Warehouse. The purpose of this role is to operate the computer systems associated with the automated warehouse; this includes horizontal conveyers, miniload lifts/buffer, infeed/out feed units, robotic palletizing/depalletizing cells, and use of custom software to run line. This also includes planning or following daily activities coordinated alongside system maintenance and shift supervisor(s).

The main functions of this role will be : monitoring and troubleshooting system constraints/stoppages using the supplier custom software and/or balancing resources as needed to run efficiently ; assess system stoppages and determine best course of action to maintain system up-time; this includes managing production by monitoring system buffers; collaborate with Shift Supervisors to maximize productivity through front line employees and system data trend; monitor and manage inventory of system/SAP (Shorts management/SKU Management); maintain accurate logs of all major events and issues. Creation and distribution of shift performance report; identify and direct technicians/operators to respond and clear all system alarms in a prioritized and timely manner. Additionally this role will provide feedback to supplier engineers, CCR engineers, technician and on-site leadership team on system performance and escalate and relay serious issues to on/off-site customer support center and automation managers.

This position requires exceptional analytical skills. This role will monitor and analyze the data on a continual basis to optimize the system. They also must be able to analyze trends over time to identify triggers that lead to down time or lost productivity. Two of the major accountabilities are : monitoring and troubleshooting system constraints/stoppages using the supplier custom software and/or balancing resources as needed to run efficiently and to assess system stoppages and determine best course of action to maintain system up-time; this includes managing production by monitoring system buffers

Requirements
The successful candidate must have strong communication skills. They must be able to clearly communicate all system issue to all warehouse staff from front line to senior management in a clear concise way that gives the teams time to react and correct issues. This position must be able to create written documents and presentations to both train employees and to upstate trends, KBI etc . They will be required to produce a daily shift performance analysis

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in beverage operations (productions experience, preferred). A strong preference will be given to those possessing a Bachelor's degree; experience in a computer or automation environment and a working knowledge of Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM),
