SUMMARY The primary purpose of the position is to maintain computer networks, hardware and software in the Central Fill location and install, configure and troubleshoot systems. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid's brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes.

Experience / Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
Assemble, Install, support, and configuration of networks and computer workstations.
Downloads PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) ladder logic programs, and utilizes diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
Configure software to maximize system and user productivity.
Integrates hardware and software on multiple company and vendor supplied platforms.
Serves as primary interface with vendor customer support and coordinate all changes, fixes, and enhancements to the pharmacy system.
This position directly supervises and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Rite Aid policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, directing, rewarding, and disciplining associates; appraising associate performance; and resolving complaints.
Education and/or Experience •
One Year Certificate from College or Tech School Computer Technology required.
Associate's Degree (AA) Computer Technology preferred.
Two (2) years' of experience in software and hardware installation and trouble shooting required.
