Eaton is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our North America HR Services team. This role can be based at our Raleigh NC, Moon Township PA, or Beachwood OH facility. This position also has the ability to work remotely if not local to the preferred mentioned locations. This will be a customer facing individual contributor responsible for executing and delivering recruitment support to Eaton’s manufacturing locations for hourly and plant production positions across North America. This person will identify, recruit, and screen potential candidates and drive the associated process through offer to acceptance.
Essential Functions :
•Manage an average requisition load of 45-60 manufacturing positions in a fast paced environment; requisition load may exceed this average during peak recruiting seasons
•Manage talent acquisition process beginning from search kick off through offer acceptance and partner with HR Services onboarding to support the pre-employment screening process to support a positive candidate and customer hiring experience
•Influence without authority in a matrix environment
•Learn the product and services of the organization in order to attract key talent
•Utilize recruitment technology to identify and screen new candidates while building relationships with prospective hires
•Understand the business, including products and services of the client organization, in order to speak with authority and attract key talent
•Enforce and provide guidance on OFCCP policies, procedures and best practices to internal customer
•Connect and manage relationships with local and state agencies (unemployment offices, military offices, etc.) to support Eaton’s relationship with these groups as a source for talent
•Establish priorities, drive actions, and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients
•Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer centric solutions while collaborating to meet shared goals
•Coordinate and deliver recommendations of onsite interview days for large volume need/ high volume hiring at customer sites
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working human resources or in a recruiting / staffing role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
- No relocation is being offered for this role. Qualified candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of the posted locations. Remote work location also considered outside the preferred mentioned locations
- Experience working with OFCCP hiring policies and guidelines
- Detail oriented
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to drive results, even under adverse circumstances
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft applications
