Drive annual succession planning through internal and external pipeline assessment and development Manage the identification and proactive management of key talent for the relevant function or group of functions Identify function wide capability gaps and prioritize learning and development programs that proactively address gaps Provide assessment, analysis and guidance on talent initiatives and ensure they align with business priorities. Interventions may target individuals, teams or the broader function. Ensure initiatives achieve intended results and create measurable improvement. Manage annual talent programs such as performance management, succession planning, career pathing and employee opinion survey Coach and facilitate team building activities Develop close, long term relationships with HR Business Partners and leaders. Serve as a trusted advisor. Provide support for other important talent and change management initiatives as required. Add value by supporting HR Business Partners and Business Leaders in considering implications and develop strategies that ensure sustainable and systemic improvements.

Demonstrated track record of success supporting and advising executives in mature, global organization Minimum 5 years' experience with project management Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively interface and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization ?
