Work closely with Director, Talent Relations to organize, streamline and cultivate information and assets that align with the publicity messaging strategy for talent communication.
Work independently and with internal creative teams to create and customize promotional assets to be used for talent and partner social media platforms.
Support PR/Partnership team to manage asset library including photography and video to assist with various business functions.
Interface with network digital/social/marketing teams to assess and execute talent social media activations against programming priorities.
Work with Director, Talent Relations to provide direct support and onsite activation with talent and their respective management teams on needs related to achieving communication goals.
Manage department tracking and analysis documents
Perform administrative functions related to developing in-house content (forms, requests, etc.)
Must have basic knowledge of Premiere (part of Adobe suite), Photoshop and other social media-appropriate apps (creation of GIFs, etc.).
Must have keen knowledge of major social media platforms (FB, IG, Twitter, Snapchat) and how to customize content for optimization including staying current on specs, parameters and new functions.
Exceptional writing and editing skills to help succinctly convert series information into consumable social media copy.
Should possess an eye towards creative content and editing accordingly.
Anticipates resources requirements and modifies plans as needed.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills amongst numerous and quick deadlines.
Mindful of the fact that a lot of (talent) personal information is to be preserved and respected.
Education and Experience
BS/BA in related discipline and at least 2-5 years of experience and interest in traditional and non-traditional TV/entertainment publicity and promotion with emphasis on social media execution and select aspects of digital marketing.
