Seeking a Tax Analyst for following.


Analyze and prepare all account reconciliations.
Prepare detailed Sales & Use tax responses to internal sources (billing staff, sales reps, etc¿) and clients as directed.
Review Invoices for Use taxes in various AP systems. Determine the Monthly Use tax accrual requirements. Record accrual when approved by manager.
Maintain customer tax exemptions and apportionment letters.
Prepare and analyze compliance reports from the various systems. Send to 3rd party provider.
Analyze the various Tax filing calendars.
Maintain the locations schedule for personal property tax filings. Coordinate with the Real Estate Group to reconcile active/inactive locations.
Prepare/analyze returns not supported by 3rd party service provider.
Prepare/analyze tax payments/requests from 3rd party service provider.
Analyze and compare service provider reconciliations.
Special projects as assigned (M&A integration, system conversions, etc).

Bachelor¿s degree required (Degree in Accounting preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Use tax Systems/compliance.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Use tax research and the various research software (RIA, CCH and other like software).
Experience with SAP and vertex version O and Q preferred.
